1. Licensing: When someone purchases a beat or instrumental from your website, they are essentially buying a license to use the music for a certain purpose, such as for their own recording or for use in a commercial project.

2. Exclusive vs. non-exclusive rights: Exclusive rights mean that the purchaser has full ownership and control over the beat, and it will not be resold to anyone else. Non-exclusive rights mean that multiple people can purchase and use the same beat.

3. Royalties: If a beat or instrumental is used in a commercial project (such as a song that is released on a streaming platform or sold on a CD), the producer may be entitled to royalties, which are a percentage of the revenue generated by the project.

4. Payment terms: All payments methods are accepted including Paypal, Stripe and Credit. Any applicable taxes or fees will be added.

5. Refunds: Due to the nature of the files being emailed and downloaded.  There will be no refunds on any digital purchases.

6. Delivery: Beats will be delivered to the purchaser through a download link or email. The format and quality of the beats depends on the leasing agreement signed with purchase.

7. Copyright: The beats and instrumentals on this website are protected by copyright law, and that any unauthorized use or distribution of the music is illegal. Customers can use the music legally, such as by purchasing a lease and giving proper credit to the producer.
